Nottingham is full of strangers with the Fair and so one more won't cause any excitement.

The fights haven't started yet but they will soon and there's something to see every where.

Matt just keeps coming with lots of solid punches.

Shay dodges away from them, relying on speed and punching fast wherever he can reach.

Speed helps but Matt just keeps coming.

Shay takes a few punches eventually, causing him to stagger backwards.

So Matt winds up for a big punch at his face.

The punch hits, knocking Shay down flat.

Matt looks down at him and kicks his side.

Shay takes the blow with a grunt and a wince.

"Ye yield?"

"Yeah, I yield."

Matt nods and the announcer takes his hand and leaves space for Shay to get off the platform.

Shay gets off, watching the platform as he shucks his shirt, jerkin and wrist brace back on.

Will comes out of the crowd, "Guess ye didna win."

"Foregone conclusion. I'm a conman, not a boxer - and when I do fight, which is often lately, I have photon-reinforced metal and leather between me and whatever cyborgtastic menace is up that day. I'm not too bruised for dancing, am I?"

"Cool. Lead the way, then."

The music's always been going in the background but as the light starts to fade from the sky, it gets louder.

A large part of a meadow has been lit and opened up for dancing.

Shay pats Will on the shoulder and wanders over to a side point where he can watch.

A few of the women notice him and make their way towards him with some admiring glances.

Shay gives them a wave.

"Hey."

One of them comes closer to him,

"Ye goin' to ask me to dance?"

"Sure," Shay grins, offering her a hand. "Want to dance?"

She smiles and pulls him into the mix of the dancers.

Shay lets her, and quickly gets a handle on what the dance requires. Speed learning is speedy, seemingly.

"Sorry if I seem a bit strange at times. Foreign."

Might as well put that disclaimer out there in case he does something wrong. It covers a multitude of sins.

She dances a little closer, that makes him interesting.
