Atton in London

Will opens the door not far from the road for Atton,

"If ye 'ead in the same direction as 'fore, should 'it London soon an I'll be 'bout round 'ere. Dinna get too 'urt."

The man laughs, "Na those two, 'e's o'er there gettin' a drink."

He points to a large yet slightly trimmer man than the two fighting, also not quite as drunk.

"Thanks. Can anyone fight here?"

"Oh aye, anyone's welcome to take their chances."

Atton's given a look over,

"Ye look as if ye could do some damage."

Though Atton does look lighter than the other men so it'd be a good bloody fight.

"I could do a little, I'm sure," Atton says, mildly. "What's his name?" Nodding his head over at the man identified as their best fighter.

"'e's 'am, 'e doesna like fightin' till all the fools 'ave been beaten down. Doesna like botherin' with anyone who isna good 'nough."

Ham laughs and applauds as the two fighters knock each other out with beautifully timed headbutts.

"I'll ask him. If he says no, guess I'll just have t'prove myself."

Atton grins, wandering over to Ham.

"Up for a fight?"

Ham looks Atton up and down,

"Why should I fight ye?"

Mildly: "I like t'think I'm fairly good."

"Ye'll 'ave to prove it, na goin' to waste me time on a piece o'string like ye."

"'M not stringy," Atton protests, sulkily. "Alright, I'll prove it."

"Oh aye, 'ow?"

He leans back and just smirks to see what Atton is going to try and do.

Atton grins, looking around.

"Who here d'you think I should go and beat?"

He looks around and points at a bear of a man who's about twice as wide as Atton but a head shorter,

"'im. Fergus, come fight this idiot for me."

The other man nods and comes over with a grin.

Atton tries to think of a joke about Fergus' height.

"You're really short," he says, eventually.

He takes a moment to remove his jerkin and shirt (he's hoping they won't get stolen, but if they are, he's not too bothered - he only got them for trips to Will's world, after all), belt (with dagger) and boots, setting them aside.

Fergus' shirt is off, he has a lot of nice scars and hair, scary amounts of chest hair, it makes the bear image work,

"Ye're goin' to crack, boy."

"Big words. Might be a bit of a tall order for you," Atton grins, stepping out into the space for fighting.

The man laughs and charges into Atton.

Atton sidesteps out of the way, grinning and beckoning.

This time Fergus tries to be sneakier, coming in with a couple of punches and using his size and power to knock Atton down.

Atton dodges most of them, before flicking a foot around at Fergus' legs to try to trip him up.

Which works quite well and Fergus bellows as he falls as he tries to bring Atton with him.

Atton backs out of the way before he can be brought down, pacing about and waiting for Fergus to get up.

Fergus tries to get up quickly but ends up lumbering and this time aims to tackle Atton.

Atton dodges again, jabbing (just lightly) at Fergus' shoulders.

The hits are stronger than Fergus expected and he rocks before trying to grab Atton by the shoulders and knee him in the groin.

Throughout all of this the crowd has been loud, so far its a better fight than they expected.
